Tuesdays 3-4pm and Saturdays 11am-Noon
A fun, high energy dance class that uses sexy burlesque moves to raise your heart rate and get you moving. Combined with a lively soundtrack, you're sure to bump, grind and shimmy your way to a healthier you.
This is a six week course offering a total of twelve classes. New moves will be introduced throughout the course however drop in students will be able to keep up despite missing previous classes. You may purchase classes individually or receive two free classes by purchasing the full package.
Resistance bands are a great addition to this class though they are not required. Extra light and light resistance are recommended. Bands will be available to purchase with class tickets.
All genders, bodies and skill levels are welcome. Facility is ADA compliant. POC scholarships available (contact [email protected] for application)
